Welcome to my therapy room in the heart of Christchurch

 

My therapy room is based at Stonebridge Studios, a peaceful and historic listed building tucked just away from the bustle of Christchurch High Street.

 

The space offers a calm, private and comfortable environment where you can take time away from the demands of everyday life and focus fully on yourself and your wellbeing.

 

Although centrally located in the heart of Christchurch town centre, the setting feels quiet and contained, offering a sense of safety, privacy and tranquillity for therapeutic work.

 

For convenience, there are several nearby car parks within a short walking distance of the therapy room. Christchurch also has excellent local bus links, with several routes stopping close by.

 

Christchurch Train Station is approximately a 15-minute walk away, making the practice easily accessible for those travelling from Bournemouth, Poole and surrounding areas.
